B'nai Zion has a full size, industrially equipped kitchen with separate dairy, meat, and parve sections. All foods served are either prepared freshly from rabbinically approved ingredients or from purchased items with proper kashrut affiliations. Our professional kitchen staff can prepare kosher meals for a few people or for several hundred. |

The kitchen is a busy place day-to-day, and becomes a center of activity during special food festivals such as Brotherhood/ Sisterhood Shabbat, Congregational Seder, the Israeli Fair, and of course, the High Holy Days ... and more. Just a few of the regular monthly/weekly food festivals include:

Members may use the kitchen to prepare baked goods or other items for an upcoming
simha for their family or for someone else's special occasion. |
